Developing fervent and knowledgeable Christians.

As Christians, we oftentimes fall into the extremes of being Christians with mere fervor or mere knowledge. And what happens is that the fervent Christian regards the knowledgeable Christian as apathetic, spiritually dry, relationless, and the knowledgeable Christian views the other as fanatical, emotionalistic, and shallow. What’s sad is that both sides are often right. But why think these two traits need to be in an either-or relationship? Apollos didn’t. God has called us to love Him with both our heart and mind. That is why the vision of “The Apollos Ministry” is to develop fervent and knowledgeable Christians.
